Dr Pedro and the staff were fine...Dr.Pedro appears to be honest and thorough ....I have no issues with Dr Prdro...Look forward to next visit...
Have a bad cut on my hand. Was referred by my primary care physician. Could not get an appointment b/c the doctor is going out of town for the holiday next week. No one is on call for this doctor! Spoke to Mary Ann the manager who obviously does not know how to manage the physician's schedule told me no one is on call! I was on the phone for 45 minutes waiting for Mary Ann to deny access to care! Not a very reputable impression. Informed the PCP office about the access issue. I've never been treated rudely by a doctor. But this doctor was just plain rude. I was astonished. I never met this woman before...
I would never go back to Dr. Pedro nor would I recommend her to someone else. Her and her assistant were rude to me throughout my visits and surgery.
Dr. Pedro operated on both of my hands for CTR (January-March 2018). Both surgeries were successful beyond my expectations. Pain and numbness in my hands disappeared. She is very professional, competent and knowledgeable. She answered my questions thoroughly and managed my aftercare until I was totally healed.
I wish I had NEVER been referred to her. Because of her, my hand has been left disfigured. I should go to the press with my story.
I GIVE 5 STARS THE STAFF IS PHENOMINAL, VERY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL. THE NUMBER ONE PERSON THAT STOOD OUT IS MARY SHE IS WONDERFUL.
Dr. Pedro and her staff are excellent! Very friendly and very professional. I have to drive an hour to get to the MD office but it's worth it. I would not go anywhere else.
Excellent experience. Carpal tunnel repair. They didn't think my husband would get the feeling in his fingers back. Not only has his function returned - his feeling is returning and his pain is gone. My daughter had to have the same surgery and she had the same excellent results from her! Staff is wonderful - love Mary at the front. What a gift to her office :)
