The unprofessionalism of this office for a doctor is inconsiderate for patients and clinics / doctors calling in. Tierra as an office manager should be more patient and considerate. It was extremely rude as another professional to deal with the nasty attitude that was given.

It took me one week to get an appointment. The phone always rings, but no one answers. When I finally got someone to answer the phone, after so many days of calling, she had to put me on hold for 5 minutes and told me that no order came from my doctor, My doctor told me they sent the order 3 times already. So when I finally got an appointment one week out, they made me sit in their lobby for an hour and said that they could not verify my insurance, and sent me away. Huh ? You wasted my entire day ?
