Honestly, I’m very shocked by some of the reviews that I’m reading here. I’ve been a patient of Dr Boulom’s for over four years and I cannot rave about her enough. She is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Her bedside manner is phenomenal. She’s kind, caring, funny, and really takes the approach of what’s best for the patient. Hubby has been going through procedures for many months and has finally had it with having the wrong procedures being done plus the lack of professional front office staffing. After many months of painful procedures, the dr changed her mind and stated they were not working and would switch to a different procedure. WTH. Worst care ever. Her staff is a mess and beyond rude. Completely ineffective. No one calls back or tries to help. This is the worse experience I’ve ever had.
On 07/20/2024 my father has an appointment for ultrasound at 5pm. I took my father there at 4:45pm. When I came here, I didn’t see anyone like receptionist. I tried to say “hello” many times, no one answered. We decided to sit at waiting room for 12 minutes but still didn’t see anyone to come and ask.
