My wife and I's first baby was diagnosed with a rare disease at birth. As a couple of scared first-time parents, we had no idea what to do, so we called Dr. Ritter. Dr. Ritter spent her weekend off researching our baby's rare condition, connecting us with the right kind of specialists our baby needed to support her, and the best practices to care for her as she grows up and navigates her condition. We now have three kids and we can't imagine our lives without Dr. Ritter. She is the best Pediatric Specialist in Tulsa!
I was treated like a second class citizen for being a foster parent of one of their long time patients. Ultimately, they dismissed the child because they were still in foster care after 6 months. Either the office staff or the doctor, possibly both - have lost connection to what it means to be a healthcare provider for a child, abandoning a patient in one of their most desperate times.
