Dr.Nwaubani, Charlene and Carol literally saved my life. I have a history of UTI's which leads me to Sepsis which is a life threatening event. I literally showed up on their doorstep in crisis. Office manager is rude, uneducated, no medical background but thinks she is Gods gift to this office. Staff is unfriendly! The Dr will NEVER call you after surgery nor can you talk to her if you needed to. Billing is a joke! High level office visits being billed to insurance even though the dr was not even in the building. Dr has great knowledge n is a good surgeon but the details surrounding your visits is horrible.
My first visit was disappointing with a very long wait and brief visit with the doctor. On the second visit I had a procedure done that had not been explained to me in advance. The antibiotic prescribed was one I listed I was allergic to. I returned reluctantly on my referring physician's advice. I met with Dr Nwaunbani personally and she was very understanding and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Nwaubani! She is very knowledgeable and personable. She performed a D&C on me with excellent results.
No one will call you back. Some of my other Drs. would of fired this office person. Even if they don’t take anymore patients they should have the decency to call you back. I guess I will go in person to see who’s really in charge over there! Otherwise, I should look for another provider because this may be an indication of how the doctors office is run. It’s enough to make you run away while you’re ahead!
I have been totally unsuccessful in getting calls returned from the insurance staff person; for over three weeks now; calls to the main office have not changed this situation.
Dr. Nwaubani is both knowlegeable and personable. Each time I have seen her, she has gone out of her way to answer all the many questions I have. The last time I went, she even took a pad of paper and drew a diagram to make sure I understood what she was explaining. I never feel rushed and I trust her advice. I most definately will continue to use her as my OB/GYN.
