Dr. Javed is a great doctor in the fact that he cares about his patients and explains in detail what you need to do for yourself in a manner that is easy to understand. Which to me is very important when you get to be elderly and comprehension gets to be hard. And for that I am very grateful to him
It’s difficult to get through to a live person, phone tag is common, rushed, info isn’t always clear, office staff is unprofessional including Amanda NP, staff makes assumptions and gives advise on one’s health that have nothing to do with the medical problem at hand, frustrating, confusing, discouraging. Working on getting another cardiologist.
This is the premier heart group in the Valley. The back office is helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable. Dr. Javed is kind, competent, and knowledgeable and takes the time to explain well. They are highly recommended.
The doctor was very concerned for me and made sure I got my stress test right away so I could get my knee surgery. Thank you!!

Changing doctors is not an easy experience, especially when I had so much confidence in my previous one. Dr. Javed and his efficient office staff allayed my fears immediately. I look forward to my next few visits with confidence.
I went to Dr. Javed for a pre-surgery (total knee replacement) heart checkup, that my surgeon requires. Never having been to a cardiologist before I didn't know what to expect, and was very nervous. Dr. Javed is the type of person that immediately puts you at ease. He's a good listener and seemed willing to answer as many questions as I had, and I had a lot. He's a welcome addition to my medical team.
Don't waste your time, your energy and especially your heart health on this guy. Only sees you on admission to the practice. If you want to hire a NP or a PA to take care of you, he is the right doctor. I have been in the ER with extremely high BP and an arrhythmia. Only saw a NP and had to wait two months for a cardiac monitor. Could've had a stroke due to untreated atrial fibrillation.
He goes over everything very thoroughly. Made sure I was on the correct medications and reviewed all current tests. I left his office feeling very encouraged and that I was receiving good care. He's definitely a specialist providing personalized care, not one size fits all!!
