Your more likely to schedule a sooner appointment with the president than with Dr.Khetan. No sense of urgency from Dr or staff, unprofessional, no compassion or willingness to address special circumstances properly. I needed a follow up appointment after my surgery so Dr.Khetan could remove my stent that was placed on August 5 and needed to come out in 30 days; and the earliest appointment they were able to give was November 1. I will make sure blue cross is also aware of their negligence.
