Erica at the front desk who also answers the phone could & should be a lot nicer to the patients that are inquiring information about their appointments and health. The lack of sympathy & caring in her tone of voice is offensive & cruel to many of us patients whom are already going through a very tough and rough health situation that for many of us is of life and death. I am a patient of Dr Vassilev and have been for many years and I can tell you he is one of the best infectious disease drs that there is! He is very nice, he listens to his patients. He takes the time to answer all your questions and makes sure he has addressed everything with you before you leave the room! I wish more drs were as caring and understanding and would listen to what their patients have to say like Dr Vassilev does. All the women in the office are extremely nice. I would recommend them to anyone!
