What a delight it was for my entire family to visit Dr Mayes and his kind, knowledgeable staff. Two needed glasses (we both love our choices and effectiveness), one did not need glasses (other eye Drs have tried to say he needed them. Ugh). Love the integrity too. We’ve found our forever eye Dr! Thank you.
Had an appointment here for 2 weeks for my 13 year old. Today was supposed to be her appointment. I kept her home from school, my husband took off work to stay at home with our other kids and we pull into an empty parking lot. They hung signs all over their windows about how they're closed for "Spring Break". I received no warning, call, text or anything from this place. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Staff is always friendly. They are very knowledgeable! I came in and bombarded the staff with questions. They were more than happy to find all the answers I needed. Yall are the best!
When I was coming for my check up the receptionist didn’t even greet me and immediately asked what I was here for with an attitude, very unprofessional. The doctors are professional and nice the receptionist was not. She needs to be taught how to greet her customers and give good customer services.
