Unfortunately my mom had Dr. Tri-Dung Hoang assigned as her doctor. I am not sure how he's still practicing as he barely moves and we could not understand what he would say more than half the time. Even with an appointment, we had to wait 45 minutes for him to walk in. He can come off rude because he has a very stern attitude if a patient complains about any illness. His staff is rude and they never answer the phone. We will not be coming back.
Absolutely terrible service. By far lacking customer service skills and time management. Get ready to spend your entire day to see his face for less than five minutes. Dr. Tri Dong is horrible .. don’t waste your time seeking his services you will be beyond disappointed. Wish I could give them less than one star.
I honestly wish I could give it a zero. They are the worst doctors office in the greater Sacramento area. All the receptionist are rude, snotty and incompetent. The doctors are judgmental and barely speak English. I had one of the doctors there. Tell me that I should just Deal with what I had going on.
Check his license, he had a patient die from cancer that he missed, despite all the warning signs over a number of years.. Her family filed a suit and the state gave him a "public reprimand" My complaints are similar to those in the suit, they see too many patients and they don't take the time to give them the care they need. This is the worst Dr I've ever had, he doesn't care about his patients, he keeps terrible records, if you make an appointment its always at least 4-8 weeks before a Dr can see you. Doctors like this need to quit their job, stop being so evil and selfish, and never enter the profession again. Dr.s like him are legal drug dealers. That’s all. He does not care about helping people. He cares about not being liable, and cares about his taxes not going towards SSDI even though some people really need SSDI.
