I was satisfied with my visit and feel that it was time and money well spent. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Not really, it wasn't as clean as I hoped it would be Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Yes, it was comfortable Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you? A little, but I wish they had explained it more thoroughly

Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? No, it was almost unbearable Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Somewhat, they could've used more help Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? No, but I didn't need a reminder

They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait quite a while

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
