Is this provider's business conveniently located? Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Not really, sometimes I worry they're going to stop trying to help me Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes

They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Was the waiting area spacious? No, it was rather cramped Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? A little, but it was bearable Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored. Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Not at all, they rushed me out the door Was this provider's office clean? It could have used some cleaning

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room leave something to be desired. They could use an upgrade as they are not the most comfortable. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable.
