I had the misfortune of being assigned this "provider" at the Philadelphia VA Behavioral Health Dept. I have never encountered a nastier individual in all my days. No one should be talked to in that fashion, let alone a Veteran seeking mental health services. She was downright hostile. If you're stuck with her please prepare yourself. The experience was traumatizing- I don't say that lightly.
