I’ve had a horrible fear of the dentist for most of my life on top of a strong gag reflex. I haven’t been to a dentist in probably 6 years and was having some pain in my jaw. So I put on my big girl pants and made the appointment. My very first interaction with the receptionist was amazing. She was so sweet and kind and didn’t rush me off the phone. I was having some fairly severe pain and they were able to get me in quickly. Stacy was very welcoming and understanding. Dr. Tori quickly and painlessly evaluated the situation and referred me to an endodontist, who was able to see me within a couple of hours for a root canal. Taylor, the receptionist was super friendly too. Honestly, I could not have had a better experience. I am so glad I chose Prescott Smile Care. Thank you all!
