I got a crown from him that did not fit. He tried adjusting it. He ground the porcelain off and exposed metal underneath. He didn’t even bother to tell me! If he were honest he should have told me and offered to repair or replace the crown.
I am far worse off and poorer than before I saw him. Doesn’t want to spend time correcting problems he caused! He has thrown my bite off so much I have difficulty eating due to pain caused by teeth misaligned. He becomes irritated when you try to explain discomfort because something is not right. I tried going back a few times to give him a chance to correct the problem to no avail. My bite was not this way prior to his sloppy dental work. I suffer daily and am miserable. Horrible dentist.
Hard to find a good quality dentist in this city, but Dr. Tommy Gaertner is it! Conveniently located, friendly and efficient staff, and trustworthy! Reasonably priced and affordable. Definitely will be returning as needed.
Very friendly office, doctor always on time and gentle on my teeth.
