Very unsatisfied with Dr. Susan Tomasino and her office. Went to her only because she was in-network for EyeMed plan. She told me I needed a new prescription, so I purchased new glasses from her costing me over $350 after insurance, in addition to the cost of the Dr.'s visit and contact lenses that I also paid her for. I could not see well out of the glasses she prescribed for me for distance, after a couple adjustments and visits, they finally decided to redo them. The new ones were no better. Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I felt like an annoyance! Were you able to relax during your appointment? Not really, I was a little uneasy Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? No, it is their way or the highway Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Does this provider give unbiased advice? No. I didn't trust their motives.

How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and i never have a problem getting in the office for an emergency, even if they have to stay late.

I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Could you buy glasses at your optometrist's practice? Yes, they had a huge selection Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long
