At this time, they are no longer seeing any patients with any cold like symptoms or allergies. All appointments will be held virtually if these are the symptoms. My allergies are out of control at the moment (had covid in August, so to answer that question..it's not that) and it just seems like an unreasonable "protocol". I really liked both Dr. Sontag and nurse practitioner Kelly but unfortunately this doesn't work for my family. If you're looking to be seen in person, this isn't your place.
For 5 days, my wife has been calling Dr. Sontag's office to get a refill on anti-depressents. While stressing about this because she is about to run out, she has been told multiple times throughout the week that "the Dr will get to it", this is after being on hold for 30 minutes + each day (sometimes being hung up on). Well today, she was told by the operator that the Dr. "Just didn't get to it". Dr. Sontag was unfamiliar with the VAERS database of vaccine failures when I asked him about it. He didn't take the initiative or show interest in looking at the only list provided by the CDC to explore the vaccine failure evidence, which is a terrible indicator of lack of interest in optimizing my medicine for maximum safety. Best family doctor in Orlando! Dr. Sontag cares about his patients and would rather help them heal in the most natural way possible before drugs or otherwise.
The best Dr. That you can have, I trust him and making sure that all my family members and friends will know how good he is.
Dr. Sontag is patient and I never feel rushed. He takes his time and is very calming and comfortable in addition to being thorough. I highly recommend him!
My family and I have been seeing Dr Sontag for the last 4 years! In that time we all got healthier as a family. He took his time getting to the bottom of the issue instead of just throwing pills at the symptoms. DR Sontag is very easy to communicate with, as he always listens and explains everything conserning different treatment options. Wait Time in the afternoon is usually about 15 minutes. Morning appointments are usually right on time. Great Dr and Staff!
I refer all my friends and family to dr.sontag! I've never had a doctor that I thought that highly of to recommend! He is the best!
