I have been a patient of Dr Sontag since he arrived in Orlando. He is friendly and easy to speak with about ANY of my medical concerns or conditions. My husband has been a patient for years and we have had to deal with staff that has no clue what they are doing, to phone calls not returned. And now he doesn’t speak to patients over the phone, You’re told that he doesn’t do house calls. This is a terrible example of a physician who has let the job get away from him. Will never recommend him again to anyone.
Dr Todd Sontag is a knowledgeable and caring doctor. He always has time to fully evaluate my conditions and discusses any and all options of treatment available. He Never rushes me through a visit and makes sure that my questions are answered. I have entrusted him to care for the health of my family for as long as he has been in Central FL. Thank you.

I was fifteen minutes late due to construction traffic and did not take me. But all the other times i was here I was very patient and waited over an hour before the took me in.
Thorough, caring, insightful PCP. NP Kelly Lambrigger and Dr. Nye is the same office are also great. Leaving review to counteract recent reviews criticizing his office. His support have had some issues, because of unexpected turnover and changes in the ORMC telephone system. They appear corrected, and the new staff is moving more smoothly. Two visits in the past two weeks went easily.
I adore the Dr but his staff is a hot mess. Look at the various online reviews by date... They all state the same thing. I've had 3 appointments and was issued the same script each time but cannot access the needed medication due to their errors. 3 months ... no access to my medication. You cannot call them (3rd party answering service only), they will not return calls, and even when you drive to the office to get a paper script, they cannot even handle that (which was their own suggested best option).
