After waiting an hour a 45 minutes past my appointment time, I was totally blown off and left with no real treatment options. In addition, the doctor sat right next to me and pulled his mask down to his top lip. Totally unacceptable especially considering I was made to take my clean mask off and stick my hand in a box that everyone else stuck their hands in to get the exact same mask I was already wearing. Dr Bertrand is a wonderful person and an excellent doctor. His calm demeanor and comforting disposition helped me tremendously during a very difficult diagnosis. I will be forever grateful that my PCP referred me to Dr. Bertrand.
