I’m very pleased With a professional care that I received from Dr. Shapiro, he doesn’t just rush into surgery. He practices conservative measures first with therapy, which has helped me immensely with my elbow. He has a friendly personality and cares about his patients … I highly recommend this Orthopedist.

Dr. Shapiro is a great Doctor ! I would recommend him to anyone! He repaired my right shoulder in 2018, & my left shoulder in January 2026, both complete tears. Right shoulder healed great. Left healing great as well. I haven’t had problems with any SCOI doctors.
I give five stars to Dr Shipero because he has done surgery on both of my shoulders to repair torn rotator cuff and torn biceps. My recovery was amazing throughout PT and years later They continue to be great!
