I've been going to Dr. Colby for a few years and, and although he runs a busy but efficient office, I've always received excellent care, attention and service. Most recently I needed a crown, but had complications from the cracked tooth that required multiple follow up visits. Dr. Colby invested a great deal of his time and office resources to make sure the finished crown was perfect and there were would be no ongoing issues. .

He has no patience or compassion for patients that are uneasy with having dental work done. In a hurry, impatient, and was just downright rude to me. I should not be crying and leave the dentists office crying because of his lack of human compassion

Not very professional. I was used as a training specimen so his daughter could learn how to fill teeth. He drilled my teeth out (I question how well he did his job), and let someone else fill them (teaching them how to do it). I have lost three teeth because the work was inadequate. I have never had any issues with my teeth other than normal, and within one year, I have lost 3 out of the five teeth he worked on. I will never go back.

He did some work and I paid him. When my insurance paid him they paid more then he thought they would so he went up on my bill even though i had already paid him. he would not reimburse what I had already paid. My family will never go back to him.
