I visited the clinic on Tuesday and had an appointment booked in advance, however the wait time was almost two hours. The clinic itself is very quiet, but the receptionist speaks extremely loudly on the phone, which created a lot of echo in the waiting area and unfortunately gave me a headache while I was waiting. I understand phone calls are part of the job, but it would be appreciated if the noise level could be kept lower for the comfort of patients in the waiting room. Doctor was very professional and polite .

Dr Timothy Dinihan is an amazing specialist, he is currently treating me with my ILD, however the ladies at reception need to do refresher courses in customer service skills except Sky who is always pleasant and prompt with follow ups. Other ladies, If you not happy with your job move on, there are other people who would love to have your position.
