10/10 experience, no notes! My point person, Sarah, who heads up operations and is the de facto (benevolent!) Queen of the Castle, is the best. Kind, sharp and way too with it! Not only did the treatment not work, The staff was supposed to follow up a few weeks after treatment and never did. Apparently they only care about their profit and not the patient.
