An incompassionate person who isn't qualified as a psychiatrist. I suffer from PTSD after I had combat trauma in the military. The MD blatantly overcharged me, and overprescribed meds to the point where I had to go to the ER from which subsequent MDs were shocked that this MD had given me the meds that I were prescribed.
