What piece of shits this office is. i tried calling them for 3 hours trying to get in for a breathing treatment for my asthma. so i decide to go there in hopes to wait for one. they turned me down saying they are short staffed. meantime my asthma flare up turned into an attack and i ended up in the ER. now....what if i would have collapsed right in thier office...they would have had no choice but to give me medical treatment.....but u have the balls to turn an asthma patient away. how do u sleep at night knowing u turned dow... read more
I would give a negative # stars if i could!! I am writing this in hopes that this organization will clean up their way of doing things concerning both patients and staff members. This office is a complete disaster from patient care to illegal office policies and even blatant religious discrimination of their non-Christian staff members. Terrible experience. I honestly don't think anyone here knows even slightly what they are doing.
I don't know what has happened to his practice, but "service" seems to have gone away and is replaced with apathy for the patients!
I love the staff here. Dr. Shepherd himself is very compassionate with all of his patients and will actually sit down to actually take the time to listen to what you have to say and works diligently to help you with any issues. I highly recommend making Dr. Shepherd as your PCP for your healthcare needs.
I wish when they give a appt time they call you back at that time they schedule you not 30 minutes later. That why we make appt for
