She is very kind and patient and was a great help to my son's medical conditions--thorough exam and quick referral. Very knowlegeable and very clean office.
While getting an appointment can be easy for my daughter, I feel that sometimes I end up waiting for some time in the waiting room. Also I have to make sure that I stay on top of the office staff for referrals, making sure that they have been put in and calling to find out the status. Overall, the office staff and Dr. Quan are very friendly and meet my requests when I make them.
