I came to this location, because of the convenience and Dr. Lam’s great reviews. Dr. Lam was not at the location, which was a little disappointing to start my visit. Staff up front were nice and welcoming, but the insurance verification system was down for me and another customer (so I had to pay cash). I had to stop the exam half way through, because both lenses I was looking through were noticeably smudged/dirty, which put all of my previous responses in doubt. We did not restart the exam.
