Dr. Fong and staff are so friendly. I love that they utilize text messaging to remind you of your upcoming appointments (super convenient!) My appointment took less than 30 minutes with questions/concerns answered, YES straight to the point! He is so accommodating and was nice enough to offer me a week supply of my dailies while I wait for my supply to come in the mail. Thank you Dr. Fong!
He is really invincible and rude to customers. He doesn't have the patience to help you do what he's supposed to do. He'll just let you go and come to him the next day.
Dr. Fong is friendly, efficient, and thorough. I've been going to Dr. Fong every year for the past five years and plan to continue doing so. His assistant is also very nice as well!

This Costco Vision Center, with Dr. Thomas Y Fong OD independent practice, does not have an assistant and has delays that endure for a week or more.
