His wife does control the meds.They do over-bill.He is always late.They do over-charge.Its like we were all at the same appointment.
The doc is the best in Gillette and the office staff is caring and helpful even on things not related to health care. U can’t go wrong he explains everything in detail so u don’t leave with questions. I’ve been treated by the doc for oh like 5 years now and never had a bad experience
Dr. Andrew takes the time to discuss your health concerns. His exams are thorough and I’ve never had an issue with his treatment.
Dr Andrew is awesome, take the time and listens. Does t guess or miss a beat. I disagree on the previous review of his staff, all very nice.

His office staff decides if you get a refill on medication. Dr. Andrew is a decent doctor but he lets his staff run it into the ground. I think he is too passive to stand up to them.
The best Dr in Gillette buy far. He listens to you and takes it in what you say. And think about what you said an gives you feedback whatever he thinks very thorough doctor the best I've been to in this town so far. I would recommend him to anyone
Heritage Healthcare in Gillette is amazing! Dr Andrew is very thorough and listens to every concern very carefully. He has impeccable bedside manner. He even called on a weekend to give me results and see how I was doing! His nurses and other staff are equally stunning! Always so kind and Lori helped me solve an insurance issue and always has a beautiful welcoming smile which is comforting when you don't feel well! I highly recommend their care!
VERY thorough and caring. Dr. Andrew listens and then carefully considers treatment options. He works with the patient to develop a plan that is right for each patient.
