Came up with sensible treatment plan
I've been going to Dr. Ross for years and trust his opinions on my orthopaedic needs. He listens and allows you a say on your treatment plan.
I explained my issue and he had me take an X-ray. Assured me I had nothing torn, as I was concerned I had torn my Achilles Tendon. Gave me resolution. Took his time and was kind and caring.
Dr. Ross and his team are professional, personable, candid, and compassionate. I actually switched from a different provider on the advice of a friend, and I’m so glad I did! For me, being treated like a human being worthy of respect and kindness as well as a patient is critical, and Dr. Ross and team provided that!
I have been a patient of Dr. Ross for over 20 years. He has taken care of both my daughters and husband. We have a lot of respect for him and have trusted in his orthopedic care. I highly recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Ross is a wonderful doctor! He has been taking care of me for several years. He is also taking care of my husband. Dr. Ross is very caring, compassionate, and great at what he does. He takes time to listen to your concerns, and offers you different options on how to take care of them. I truly appreciate his exemplary care. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Ross and his staff were respectful of my time and concerns. They listened and asked appropriate questions. I felt confident in the care provided. I take an active role in my health and wellness so I am not always open to suggestions that seem invasive. Dr. Ross understood and respected that. Didn't wait at all to see Dr Ross. He's very personable and knowledgeable. Suggested a number of options besides knee replacement. I chose cortisone shot which gave me immediate relief.
Dr Ross has taken care of me for the past 10 years. He’s informative & really takes the time to answer all of my questions & concerns. He did a complete knee replacement on me & I have 2 more surgeries to go.
