A very good experience from start to finish. By this I mean starting with being greeted and assisted by Security on the ground floor to someone overseeing paying for parking when exiting facility in the parking.garage. Front staff, back staff, and imaging were all professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. Dr. Ring was exceptionally thorough, communicative, and nice. I've never had a doctor listen so closely.
Dr. Ring is an excellent and compassionate surgeon. I recently had a knee replacement (6 weeks post op). My incision is so clean that I will hardly have a scar. He is very concerned with pain management which helps one do the exercises needed to ensure a positive recovery. Overall, Dr Ring and Medstar were fantastic. I have a second knee to do, and I will definitely ask Dr Ring to be my surgeon!
