Dr Rich has an extremely pleasant, personable manner. He makes me feel confident in his approach to my issues. He suggests much less invasive treatments than have previously been suggested. So far there has been a vast improvement. THe staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. I already have recommended him to others.
