More than 20 years. The Best !
I had an amazing experience. Dr. Rich is the best Podiatrist in Monmouth County. Highly recommend. Friendly and courteous staff, too.
I was a new patient and had a 10:45 am appointment. I arrived early, handed in my paperwork and waited in my car for the OK to come in. I went into the waiting room at 11:10 am and was advised that there would be about a 45 minute wait and that there were 2 patients ahead of me. I asked why and they said that they book every 15 minutes, regardless. They advised that he is always about 1 hour behind. Not my kind of doctor. I left.
Been going to Dr. Rich for about 6 years, the level of service is always outstanding. The staff is always helpful and courteous.
Wonderful, worth the wait !! In today's Medical Culture, plan to wait for the Best !!
I had to wait about 5 days for an appointment and when I got there I was told it was an hour and a half wait! I was also told that it was always that long of a wait and despite the staff asking the doctor to change his appointments he wouldn’t do it. I obviously walked out and will never return!! Such a waste of time!!!
Dr. Rich is wonderful with special needs individuals, very patient and kind.
