Dr. Patnaude and his PA Jeremy were fantastic. The woman who drew my blood (I am blanking on the name, and apologize) was also absolutely fantastic. I will be a patient going forward. Fantastic bedside from all around, friendly and empathetic.
I've visited this office 4 times in the last couple months and not once was I examined by the doctor who spends most of his time in Florida during the winter. I'm in Worcester, MA. This man is old, burnt out and shows little interest in continuing as a professional. You will be examined and evaluated only by nurse practitioners who will then relay your corrupted and distorted interview to Dr. Patnaude via Skype to Florida.
