Dr. Heap's office treats stressed out patients with kid gloves. They have been nothing but kind, helpful, and very sensitive about a patient's dental phobias. He offers gas, music, glasses, and a vibrating chair to relax the patients. He is gentle, kind, and very understanding of pain management. His office even gave me a book "Chicken Soup for the Dental Soul." I have no complaints whatsoever about my experiences in Dr. Heap's office.
