This dentist is awesome!! He takes the time to talk to you about the procedure he is about to do and tells you exactly what to expect and how much money will cost you. I am impress with him and his staff. They are all very professional and friendly.
Dr. Heap and his staff are exceptional! Every time I go for an appointment, they take care of all my needs. Highly recommend him!
Can't say enough good things about Dr Heap and his staff. From the front office to the exam rooms, everyone makes every effort to make their patients' feel welcome and at ease. After my initial appointment , I was given a complete assessment of work to be performed. The good Dr. gave me more options than I had received from 2 other Dentists. Once the procedure had begun, Dr Heap realized he could perform, with some creative innovation, part of the proposed treatment plan and thus save me $800. I can say that not only is he a... read more
Facilities are nice. Doesn't seem to care about patient. Would not recommend as he did not properly explain procedures.
I 've used Dr. Heap for a long time..at least 15 years.. He is a super dentist..and a great Christian gentleman. He is not cheap...but I don't know any dentist that is cheap.. and certainly not cheap and good.. Dr. Heap has done my fillings, implants, and partials. I'm 68 years old.. Have always had dental problems..and I can tell you there is no finer dentist that I have met. I wish he used insurance but he doesn't. and that's his choice.. I still use him regardless ..that's my choice. His son, Chris, runs the office and is... read more
Very professional but friendly and extremely helpful. Makes dentist visits almost fun !
Dr. Heap's website is very holistically oriented, but he doesn't seem to be as holistic as his website claims. He is mercury free at least. He answered questions briefly and did not seem too interested in having a conversation about treatment alternatives/options. For example, during my initial exam, he said my amalgam filling looked like it could be replaced. His website mentions supplements you can take to lessen the effects of mercury before/during/after the amalgam removal. I called the office to find out what the supple... read more
For someone to say this dentist has modern facilities, that person must think it is 1965. Dr. Heap has a serious metal condition. There is no question about that. I would suggest staying away from him if you value your smile.
This dentist is horrible. The facilities are very outdated and the turnover in his staff is a clear indication of the doctor's tyrantic behavior. Beware of him. His incompetence nearly cost me a tooth.
