It seems strange to say, I cannot think of any interaction in a medical capacity where each interaction was executed with as much kindness and thoughtfulness as my recent visit to Pikes Peak Endoscopy Center. In fact, I cannot think of any interaction where I was treated with this much kindness and respect. Start to finish, communication, exam prep, day of, they even made my wife a latte while she waited. Thank you all!
There's nothing fun about prepping for a colonoscopy. But once you're done with that part and arrive at their facility, Dr. Meister and staff are just wonderful. They are friendly and caring and make the experience as pleasant as possible. My colonoscopy was early in the morning. When they rolled me into the procedure room, Dr. Meister asked where I would be going to breakfast and told me it was a "good choice." I also appreciated the coffee drink and snack after I woke up.
What a terrific staff! Professional, caring, and attentive. Dr. Meister was excellent. After my procedure, Dr. Meister, Sam, Emily, and Baylee took great care to ensure I was stable before leaving. Extraordinary group health care providers!
My colonoscopy experience yesterday could not have been better. Communication beforehand by office staff was outstanding, my prep questions were answered, the entire staff was welcoming and accommodating and knowledgeable on the day of the procedure, and my treatment was exceptional. Dr. Meister is friendly and patient and knowledgeable and answered all questions expertly.
Everyone was so accommodating and helpful. Dr Meister was informative and answered all questions I had. The nursing staff was tops. I received a follow up call the following day after my procedure. I would recommend this practice for sure.

I (almost) look forward to my endoscopies/colonoscopies with Dr Meister. From appointment to procedure, I was treated with respect. Everyone was professional, friendly and genuinely care about me. Gotta love the coffee. Even had one for the road. After procedure, Dr Meister explained what he did and what he saw. The next day he followed up to see how I was and explain again what he saw. i very much appreciated the phone call from Dr. Meister to establish me as a patient. He asked about me and my symptoms and initiated next steps. Nice Job Doctor!
Everyone was friendly and helpful. After the procedure they let me come out of the anesthesia on my own, which I greatly appreciated. I did not feel like they wanted or needed me to get out of their facility to make room for another patient.
