I appreciate the friendliness of the staff and the care provided. Dr. Meister understood my fear of the results from the procedure and reassured me about the results and future screening.
Thanks to all of the staff including the prep/discharge nurses and operating room nurses. Everyone had plenty of time to talk, answer questions, provide reassurance of the procedure, medications, anesthesia, etc. Dr. Meister asked many questions of me to insure that he covered all of my issues properly. That I truly appreciate... not to mention he corrected some practices I was convinced were good! :O\ Great times and super nap!

The preliminary information to prepare for my procedure was excellent. On the day of my procedure, everyone made me feel like I was in a professional and caring medical environment. After the procedure, Dr. Meister came to my recovery room, shared what he found, and answered all of my questions. In closing, the office hospitality included a Kind Bar, and Coffee! The day after my procedure, I received a call to inquire how I was doing.
The entire staff, from the front to the prep room to the procedure and post all made me feel so at home. They all made an uncomfortable experience as nice as it could be. Thanks to all and my wife really enjoyed the hot chocolate!
This is my second procedure with Dr. Meister. He was so kind and so was his staff. I am a very hard stick with needle and they had the expert do it. She got iv in first time. That is rare for me. I really loved the office mascot. Gooch! He truly helped relieve my anxiety since I was experiencing a migraine that day. Thanks Buddy! Will see you all in a few years. Dr. Meister and ALL of his staff were exceptional! From check-in to getting consent forms signed to having a warmed robe to change into as well as a warmed blanket. Getting my IV started was no problem and the short "sedative-induced" nap was lovely. A snack and a wonderful caramel soy latte were brought immediately after the procedure and Dr. Meister personally came and shared the results. Despite the prep--which is just part and parcel of having a colonoscopy--everything went excellently!
