9 I Went to Dr.Thomas Tzikas for a consultation for a breast augmentation. I was once a DD and due to weight loss, I was a B cup, wanted a natural but filled outlook. Dr. Thomas told me he would do my implants but I wouldn't be happy and would want a breast lift as well and that I should do 2 surgeries- 1 augmentation and 2 months later a breast lift.
