Had complete hysterectomy due to cancer and surgery was done robotically by Dr. Kravik. No problems, fast healing, great follow-up. Would highly recommend him. His staff is wonderful, too!

I had my surgery at West Penn so Dr. Krivak could have his staff on hand. He did a great job with my surgery and even took care of a minor heart problem that I developed. I would recommend him 200%. Everyone in Pittsburgh was friendly and made my stay a pleasure. Thank you all.
Dr Krivak was amazing. He listened and answered my questions. He explained everything and you can easily see how knowledgeable he is. He sat with me after my surgery, held my hand and explained what he found. He even called me on a Sunday evening to review my pathology report. There are not enough stars to give him the rating he deserves!
I was lucky enough to be connected with Dr. Krivak after a very unexpected medical issue arose. I was referred to him after discovering a basketball sized ovarian cyst needed to be removed. I was very scared and nervous, to say the least, but after meeting with him and discussing a care plan, I felt like I was kn the best hands possible. He has amazing bedside manner. I had to have a bilateral cystectomy and couldn't have asked for a better surgeon. He checks in on me regularly and is in regular contact with my fertility doctor and my OBGYN, even though my surgery was almost 2 & 1/2 years ago.
For the first 5 years I absolutely loved this doctor, and recommended him to everyone that I ran across who was in need. When I began to ask deeper questions about my care and treatment he turned on me like a pit bull, as if I did not have the right to question him. While I regret the end of our relationship, I am glad that I saw him in the cold light of day.
Dr. Krivak is a wonderful doctor and person. He is skilled, compassionate, kind and caring. I would recommend him without reservation, and am fortunate to be in his care. He truly cares about his patients and takes excellent care of us,
Dr Krivak is a very skillful and confident physician/surgeon. He is extremely busy and if you are in need of flexibility this is not the dr for you. His time is very limited and he may at first accomodate you but then after it will become more and more difficult if follow up is needed.
