Dr. Kim is a great doctor that always was thorough. He had great bed-side manner, and followed up with me every year about my travels and plans. I really liked him and can't review him highly enough.
Very bad office support! If you need to reach someone to refill a prescription, or give you some help...forget it! This office does NOT respond to requests from a pharmacy, and it is impossible to get anyone to return a phone call. They seem to be most interested in getting as many patients through the door with out making sure the wellbeing of patients is attended to. I tried to get a simple prescription refilled 3 separate times...each time it took over a week to get any response. Nothing special about Dr. Kim...he is just... read more
