Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding

Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Was this provider's office too loud? Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Yes, they need to clean or sterilize their facility more

They were friendly and made me feel at home. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine
