RecommendedI've started with |Dr Cohn at maps in 2013 and he left and I was reconnected with him at CDI when I was sent there for a MRI for neck pain and saw his name on the door! I was so happy to get back in the loop with him! He is amazingly calming and understanding, especially if you have mental issues! :D Peace and Long Live Dr T. Cohn! 🤗✌️
He is the best chronic pain dr he was able to help my husband who has rsd. when no one else could. This is NOT a one size fits all doctor. the injections are formulated just for each individual. Thank u Dr Cohn!
I have had Dr Cohn for 8 years now and he is the best pain management doctors I have had( there have been others). I have CRPS and would recommend him to anyone needing pain management.
Dr. Cohn always helps make a plan. That has given me a goal to work towards. Pain is hard. Dr Cohn has done what he could to look at other avenues.
I can’t recommend this man enough! By FAR the best Dr. I have ever seen. He was the first Dr. to sit down with me and explain things in detail so I know what’s going on and how we’re planning to fix it. I’ve only seen him twice but both times I absolutely loved him! Everyone on his team from the nurses, and radiologist to the scheduling and Dr. has been amazing. I can’t wait to see what the future brings. Thank you Dr. Cohn!!
I first met Dr Cohn in Maple Grove. He was one of my Dr's at MAPS but then he left. After I quit going to MAPS (I was not getting any help with my pain) and since I live in Sartell I went back to my primary dr regarding my pain. He referred me to a dr that had just come from Maple Grove to Sartell at CDI. To my delight it was Dr Cohn. He remembered me as a patient and was able to help me with my long term back pain.
