I had a very good experience with Dr. Cangiano. We had a long conversation about my health problem and what alternatives I had to have it resolved. I recommend Dr. Cangiano to all my friends and family. He takes the time to listen and explain everything; that is what I want when I see my doctor, not to be rushed like cattle.
Doctor rocks. Office staff totally awful they never return messages. Another office that relies on an automated system to answer calls,by the time you get to a human being you are in a bad mood. Do not know about anyone else I detest all automated phone systems. When I call a doctors office I want to talk to a person, not leave a message.

Dr Cangiano and his staff are one of the best I have ever dealt with. Dr C diagnosed my husband with bladder cancer and wasted no time in getting him treated, very successfully, I might add! Always takes time with us, is responsive and very caring. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone I truly cared about.
If you want a doctor that spends five minutes with you and immediately orders surgery go right ahead. When I saw this doctor he made me come back (and pay my copay every time) every two weeks for months! Eeach and every time he was ordering another test that turned up nothing to show why I had blood in my urine. What a waste of time and money! He is always on time though.
Dr Cangiano's is a great doctor, approachable,punctual, and very knowledgeable. He know practices w/ Winter Park Urology -Altamonte Springs area. I called Central Florida Urology to scheduled a follow up appointment and the phone was answered by Stephanie who refused to provide me Dr Cangiano's new office number. doctor was very caring and spent time with me - he was the only one who believed my kidney was blocked and proved it and fixed it. I sought 3 other consultations which ignored me! thank god he listened.
When I saw Dr. Thomas Cangiano for the first time, I felt very rushed. Everytime I came for an appointment he wanted to do a CT Scan. Even if I had one days ago. CT Scans have 500 times more radiation than an x-ray. I had my mother come with me to an appointment and when I was taken back and told to have another ct scan my mother asked if they could see what they needed to with an ultrasound.
