Dr. Walked in for a couple minutes and acted too busy to talk and then left after my cystoscopy. His male was extremely rude both on the phone and in person saying that they do not have time to give results or explain anything. After the cystoscopy, I was lucky that a nice woman came and asked me if I was allergic to the antibiotic that was prescribed and of course I was. Was thankful for her to check over everything!!!! This guy is a straight QUACK, he uses procedures that were used 30 years ago that are extremely painful, I went to an appointment and was told no numbing before Cather, I said "ain't f'ing happening", some big black thug burst in the room cursing at me and said he'd " drag me out". All this commotion really felt intimidating: I'm a totally disabled veteran, I'll do everything I can to let the entire medical community how unprofessional Cangiano is, and that he's got ghetto people working there who resort to violence. 30 mins early for an appt that the Dr. was 50 late
I've been a non routine patient of Dr. C's for over 17 years. He has performed successful surgeries and procedures. His nurses and Nurse Practitioner are all first rate. His office staff lately hasn't been as good as in the past. But overall their is no other Urologist in Orlando that compares to Dr. Cangiano's care. for his patients
I've been a routine patient of Dr. C's for several years & believe he's above average, BUT his office personnel are terrible, some with bad attitude & certainly not helpful. Now dealing with Postate Cancer and seem to pretty much be on my own!
Saw him initially for kidney stones (he couldn't wait to operate). During the two months I saw him before I passed all the stones naturally, he failed to detect that I was suffering from diverticulitis and a double hernia at the same time.
Very good care by both nurse practitioner and dr. Surgery went well with no complaints.after surgery Dr brought photos and disgraced what he saw,making it easier to understand.
worst experience I've had so far with a urologist, runs late, didn't do anything to help me, was extremely rough during the cystoscopy, was in pain and bleeding for days, unlike the cystoscopy that I had done with Dr Patel previously--asked for a copy of the report and it was patheticly lacking, I 1/2 pages of general info, I think he had made up his mind before he did the procedure, don't think he even knew who I was or why he was doing the cystoscopy, did not speak with my husband after the procedure, which he was supposed... read more
I have been trying to make an appointment for 6 mth checkup with Dr C for the past couple of years and I can never speak to a live person. I have to leave messages and these calls are never returned. I am very upset with the staff but love the Doctor. It's such a shame.
