I was impressed from the time I first walked in the office. The entire team is focused on the patient's comfort. Doc explained everything well. Not sure of the cleanliness of having his friendly dog in the prep room, but I enjoyed his visit. Even the thoughtfulness of having a bidet in the restroom to clean up properly after a night of prep was appreciated.
He listened to my concerns and addressed them when my i procedure was finished.
Had a colonoscopy. Dr Meister and his staff are the BEST!
No one looks forward to colonoscopies. Unless you're a patient of Dr. Meister and Gastroenterology Associates of Colorado Springs/Pikes Peak Endoscopy Center. OK, so "enjoy" might not be the right word, but my two consecutive times to use GACS were very pleasant. The staff are incredibly friendly, they have a sense of humor (e.g. free coffee at the Bottoms Up Cafe), and the procedure is quick, painless, and accurate. Absolutely fantastic experience with Dr. Meister and his staff from the pre-procedure calls I made with questions, to checking in, my pre-op nurse’s, anesthetist, and of course Dr. Meister who had a great bedside manner and willing to answer any questions or concerns I may have had. It was such a joy to meet his dog and interact with his whole team who had great attitudes and appeared to love being there as part of the team. I highly recommend Dr. Meister ~ One last thing, the bidet with the heated seat….fabulous!
Staff was friendly, especially my attending nurses. Dr. Meister had great bedside manner and took whatever time was needed to explain the procedure and the outcome. Dr. Meister was easy to talk to and has a great sense of humor.

My results weren't the best news but the staff was fantastic through the whole process. Dr. Meister is a very talented man in his field and communicates excellently that included a follow up call from him personally to discuss my situation. I would not see any one else for the care that he provides me. Thanks again Dr. Meister
