I was in for a periodic colonoscopy, and the staff continues to be wonderful. Dr. Meister clearly knows what he is doing, and he is always accessible and friendly.
Had a colonoscopy procedure yesterday and I must say never have I been treated so royally!!! What an amazing staff. Professional to a T and very friendly and outgoing. Emily, Hayley and Dr. Tom were so nice (sorry couldn't remember everyone's names). Wish we had more time to chat with Tom! My stepdaughter graduated from Hastings and the did her excellerated nursing degree at Creighton. She's working now at Children's hospital in Omaha.
From the time I entered the office to the time I left I felt like I was in good hands and welcomed. Absolutely EVERYONE was so wonderful. Such warm hearted people indeed. All my questions were answered without me feeling I was imposing on anyone. BTW, the barista was also so pleasant and made a very fine drink indeed! I'll be recommending Dr. Meister and his team to anyone who are in need of this service.
All of the GACS personnel are so kind and caring thru, what one may consider a very embarrassing exam. Respected is all I can say; I felt respected. Dr. Meister is great.

I went to Dr. Meister for my first colonoscopy. I was nervous and anxious. He asked me about my bowel habits. He was very patient and kind, he explained a few things to me. He made me feel cared about and I knew I was in good hands. Thank you Dr. Meister and staff for taking good care of me. Highly recommended.
Dr. Meister and every one of the 6 member staff team were competent, patient, friendly, attentive to needs, and made me feel very comfortable for my entire procedure. Aftercare was thorough. The clinic is very clean. The several flower arrangements were very pleasant. My only suggestion is to hire a professional writer/editor to fix the pre-op directions for more clarity, consistency, and add more foods to the soft diet list.
Dr Meister is a very caring, thorough and wonderful physician!
