Friendly, competent people at reception, taking me back to the clean room, taking x-rays, and scheduling. Dr Chang also gave me confidence in my options and his ability to do a super job on the option I chose.
Dr. Chang reviews & shares all info so I was able to relax knowing how my break was healing. He’s kind, considerate & factual. His support staff are also super!
Dr Chang always provides clear, easy to understand diagnosis and options for treatment in a very friendly manner.

What stood out the most was the hour wait to be seen. It was one of the longest times I've been kept waiting in a doctor's office. That said, I have confidence in Dr. Chang, and I know that he is a fine, respected physician. The session with him was perfect. I will, indeed, stay with him despite the less than auspicious beginning.
