Dr. Chang is by far the best Podiatrist in Santa Rosa. He is an expert in the field of Podiatry. Dr. Chang is very professional (greets his patients with a handshake), he's very soft spoken, and mild mannered too. Dr. Chang listens to your concerns, and encourages questions regarding treatment options. He always explains things in a way that one can understand. He was running a little late but apologized a few times sincerely. I have had to see podiatrists for many years unfortunately. He has done a couple of surgeries on me and one of them other podiatrists never even heard of the procedure (which helped me quite a bit). He is a respected and extremely knowledgeable! I HIGHLY recommend him!
Efficient, clear, and helpful - Dr. Chang clearly explained my situation and my options for dealing with it. I have known him for many years and still respect him and his skills. So much appreciated!

Dr. Chang is the best! He is great at what he does, is attentive and addresses any concerns you have. I had foot surgery with him and it went very well. I have no complaints whatsoever.
Dr Chang remembered me from a visit years ago. He addressed my new problem and explained in detail how he could proceed. Even scheduled a follow up visit.
Dr. Chang is brilliant. He truly is a Specialist and he treats me as if I am special. He cares about his patients and discusses options without telling you that he is going to do a procedure. He is on time, and explains what will happen with your procedure. I have been a patient for years and have always had excellent results when I have had surgery. He is an excellent physician!
