Dr. Chang saw me today for a follow-up from surgery he performed on my right foot. He was very efficient, thorough, patient and listened while explaining what he was doing without being in a rush.

Dr. Chang is always available for any of my questions by text. He responds quickly and always makes me feel special even though I know he has many patients.
Friendly office staff
I have been going to him for a long time and he’s done some surgeries on my feet and I do not want anybody else to work on them. He knows me like I am his son and I am 80 years old.
He did an excellent job on my left foot and I'm back now for my right foot. And I do believe I like his new office better the people there are polite and nice. Which adds to Dr Chang being even better.
Dr. Chang is a man of few words, but his level of expertise is why I trusted him to do a good job and he did. I went to him with arthritis and bone spurs on the joint of my big toe. He recommended removing the bone spurs and performing a "Fusion". When I expressed a concern with inserting metal screws, he told me about Ossio screws that integrate into the bone over time.
